1. What are the differences between the short and long term GoStay® sites?
You can book accommodation year round using either our short term site (less than 28 days in advance) or the long term site (over 28 and less than 365 days in advance). You will be automatically directed to the long term site if your booking dates are more than 28 days in advance. There are minor differences between the layout of the search results and booking procedures for each site.

3. Can I only book hotels on GoStay®?
You can book all types of accommodation on GoStay®: hotels, motels, serviced apartments, hostels and bed and breakfasts. You can also book a range of activities – from balloon rides to gourmet wine tours available in our Tours and Attractions section.
4. Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment has been processed. You will receive a tax invoice confirming your booking.
5. Can I change or cancel my booking?
Each accommodation provider has different policies regarding amendments and cancellations. In many cases you will be able to change or cancel your booking.
The terms and conditions of each property are listed on the booking confirmation page after you've performed a search and selected your room and travel dates. Before the booking can be processed you must agree to these conditions.
6. How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?
Through the use of industry-standard encryption technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with encryption keys of 128 bits.
7. Can I request a specific room configuration?
Room and bedding configuration can be requested in the 'Comments' field on the booking page. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your request, however these are requests and cannot be guaranteed
8. How can I pay for my accommodation?
You can book on GoStay.com.au site using Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express or Diners Club
9. When do I have to pay?
You are required to pay in full when you book your accommodation online. An email containing your tax invoice is sent to you and to the hotel or accommodation provider. To make your check-in easier, present a print out of your booking confirmation and tax invoice to the hotel when you arrive.
10. Can I change my booking?
Changes to bookings depend on the hotel's cancellation and change policies. The policies of each hotel are listed on the booking confirmation page after you've performed a search and selected your room and travel dates. Before the booking can be processed you must agree to these conditions. Fees may be payable for cancellations and changes.
11. When will a tax invoice be sent to me?
An invoice will be sent to your nominated email or mailing address typically within 24 hours of booking.
